Claims processing and administration form an integral part of the customer experienceGareth Beaver, CEO, Centriq Insurance, announced today that the authorised financial services provider has entered into an underwriting management agency partnership with Tradesure Commercial Specialists (Pty) Ltd from 1 April 2016.
Headed up by David Leclézio, Tradesure has been providing small to medium sized businesses with a comprehensive range of specialised commercial and trucking insurance products (including a motor cycle scheme) since 2003.
Commenting on the strategic partnership, Beaver says that Centriq shares the reputable underwriting manager’s vision to ensure business continuity through proactive risk management.
“Through sound yet flexible and competitive underwriting, we will be playing an integral role in helping David and his team achieve their strategic business objectives and more,” notes Beaver.
Aside from the specialist products Tradesure provides, they differentiate themselves from their competitors through personalised customer service.
“We are known for carefully selecting the people we employ or partner with to ensure the services we provide are done with the right attitude, knowledge and experience,” says Leclézio.
Naturally, first class claims processing and administration forms an integral part of the customer experience.
“As such, Centriq’s proficiency and AA-(ZA) national scale claims paying ability* played a crucial role in our decision to join forces with them,” notes Leclézio.
“Going forward, we will remain committed to fostering long-term relationships that will benefit our clients, brokers and all stakeholders involved. We are indeed looking forward to what lies ahead,” concludes Leclézio.
